KJRI Chicago bekerjasama dengan Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) akan menyelenggarakan pemberian vaksin Covid-19 gratis bagi komunitas Indonesia yang ada di wilayah Midwest.

  • 30 Oktober 2021, pkl. 10.00 am – 02.00 pm CDT (dosis II)

26 JAN - CDC Travel Requirement - Covid Test

 
Requirement for Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test or Recovery from COVID-19 for All Air Passengers Arriving in the United States

If you plan to travel internationally, get tested before you travel by air into the United States (US), or be prepared to show proof of a recent positive viral test and a letter from your healthcare provider or a public health official stating that you were cleared to travel.

On January 12, 2021, CDC issued an Order requiring all air passengers arriving to the US from a foreign country to get tested no more than 3 days before their flight departs and to provide proof of the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 to the airline before boarding the flight. This Order will go into effect on January 26, 2021.

Emergency Travel Order
Effective Friday, November 13, 2020, the Emergency Travel Order has been modified. Under the new system, states will be placed in three categories – red, orange and yellow – based on the status of the outbreak in the states and how the data compares to the situation in Chicago


STAY-AT HOME-ADVISORY

Issued: November 12; Effective: November 16, 2020

Beginning on Monday, November 16, 2020, residents are advised to stay at home in response to the rapid rise of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations in the city and only leave home to go to work or school, or for essential needs such as seeking medical care, going to the grocery store or pharmacy, picking up take-out food, or receiving deliveries. 

Additionally, residents are strongly advised to not have guests in their homes, cancel traditional Thanksgiving celebrations, and avoid travel. The advisory also outlines additional COVID-19 alerts and regulations such as further limitations on indoor and outdoor meetings and social events, increased enforcement of limits on private gatherings, and continues industry restrictions. Provisional Prohibition of Foreigners Entering Indonesian Territory related to Covid-19
Issued by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.

After further observation of the development of Covid-19 outbreak, a pandemic affecting more than 150 countries, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (through the Minister of Law and Human Rights) had issued a ban on Foreigners from entering or transiting Indonesian territory. This decree, under Regulation No. 11 of 2020 of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights concerning Prohibition of Temporary Foreigners Entering the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia, was done as an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus in Indonesian territory.

The Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Yasonna H Laoly, had expressed that this ban applies to all Foreigners with the following 6 (six) exemptions:
1. Foreign Holders of Limited Stay Permits and Permanent Stay Permits.
2. Foreign Diplomatic Visa and Service Visa Holders.
3. Foreigners who hold Diplomatic Stay Permits and Official Stay Permits.
4. Medical and food aid and support workers, with valid humanitarian reasons (humanitarian purposes).
5. Transport/Freight Crews.
6. Foreigners who are employed in National Strategic Projects.

The exempt foreigners must meet the following criteria:
1. They should be able to show proof of a valid health certificate in English, issued by the health authorities their respective countries.
2. Has spent the last 14 (fourteen) days in Covid-19-free territories/countries
3. Provide a written statement of willingness for voluntary quarantine of 14 (fourteen) days carried out by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia also imposed regulations for foreigners residing in Indonesia with the following arrangements:
1. Foreigners with expired and/or unextendible Visitor’s/Residence Permit (including a visa-free visit and Visa on Arrival) will be granted an automatic emergency extension. This could be obtained without an application submission to the Immigration Office and is free of charge.
2. Foreigners with expired and/or unextendible Limited Stay Permits and Permanent Stay Permits, will be given a waiver of penalty, and granted an automatic emergency extension. This could be obtained without an application submission to the Immigration Office and is free of charge.

With the enactment of this decree of The Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, previous decrees Number 7 and 8 of 2020 is declared void.
This regulation will take effect on April 2, 2020, 00.00 WIB until the end of the Covid-19 pandemic period declared by Indonesian government authorities.

APRIL - Illinois Secretary of State offices CLOSED

All Illinois Secretary of State offices and Driver Service facilities are CLOSED to the public through April 30, 2020, due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
