Office of the Illinois Secretary of State Services Available:

• Driver’s License and State ID Card (renewal, replacement, & corrections)
• State ID Card: 65+ year old is free & lifetime (with proper identification)
• Vehicle Sticker Sales: Present and upcoming month, bring complete envelope mailed by SOS
• To acquire first time State ID: Proper identification is required (originals only): US Passport, US Birth Certificate, Social Security card, Proof of residence (2 forms of mail).
• 75+ years of age will not be able to renew Driver’s License at health fair and will need to go to the Secretary of State Driving Facility to do so (for road test).
